Recorded conversions on $3.62M of paid spend across the campaign group.
62% more budget. 37% more recorded conversions.
Intrepid is a six-year relationship across two Google Ads accounts. The cleanest scale comparison is 2023 to 2024: a $941,858 increase in spend brought 10,804 additional recorded conversions. The rate moved too, and that belongs in the story.

Growing budget without pretending the rate stood still.
The 2023–2024 window gives the useful answer: budget rose sharply, recorded conversions rose with it, and cost per recorded conversion increased 18%. That is still an account that absorbed scale, not a cost curve we hid.
Intrepid Internal annual spend
The honest math is the point.
From 2023 to 2024, spend rose from $1.53M to $2.47M. Recorded conversions increased from 29,425.77 to 40,229.79. Cost per recorded conversion rose from $51.95 to $61.41.
That is an 18% rate increase under a 62% budget increase. In an expensive auction, the point is not to claim a miracle. It is to identify the intent that carries, keep the source visible, and know where the next dollar becomes less useful.
Community-intent campaigns ran at $40.68 per action.
Five meeting and recovery-community campaigns accounted for 88,867 recorded conversions in the management window. Their grouped efficiency was materially different from the broad non-branded tests.

Recorded conversion cost across two broad non-branded campaigns in the same pull.

What this proof does—and does not—say.
It shows where the account got useful scale in a defined full-year window and where its rate changed as budget expanded. It does not claim revenue, ROI, ROAS, or admissions outcomes from Google Ads conversion actions. Those are different measurements and should not be blended into a sales claim.
Scale the pieces that can hold the pressure.
